We provide our services in person or virtually, the choice is yours. 

We are happy to work on your site or a mix between onsite and virtually.

You have the option to have us onsite so please let us know if this option is preferred.

3. As a virtual assistant how will you manage communications with me?

We recognise time is money.

Every businesses need is different. Our team assesses what communication strategy best works for you. It may be a regular update via email or if you prefer to communicate on Zoom or the phone we can do that too.

We try to schedule time with you to have a catchup in person to make sure everything is on track.

You have the option to have us onsite so please let us know if this option is preferred.

Director

Monique Edlinger is the Director of Business Solutions Ltd and brings over 25 years experience working in administrative management roles.

She specialises in governance, financial and project administration and assists organisations and companies to streamline their administration processes saving them time and money.

Monique started the company in 2017 after being an employee for 19 years and hasn’t looked back. She now runs a small dedicated and highly skilled team.

Business Solutions is a family run business and works with several Not for Profit organisations being very familiar with governance processes, charities reporting, developing budgets, preparing financial reports and we are largely ‘the face’ of many of these organisations.

Clients range from those in the disability and education sectors, local iwi, investment companies, governance and strategy providers and sole traders.

Administration Manager

Leigh Edlinger is the Administration Manager at Business Solutions and has returned to NZ after nearly five years working overseas in Europe and the United Kingdom.

She specialises in financial management, event and project management, and system auditing. Leigh’s clients include education providers, charitable trusts, environmental companies and a sustainable homes provider. 

Leigh has many highly-desirable skills; she has fantastic organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. She brings a fresh, conscientious perspective to any business and organisation and being a millennial adept in digital media.

Leigh studied geography and environmental management at university, is bilingual and has interests in sustainability, healthy living and children’s well being.
